The Daily Grind Table of Contents      That darn destiny! It gets into ev'rything!

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      Two weeks of sonnets left, then I think we'll hafta turn things over to Jolene once more as something of a rebuttal.

The Terebinth Story Archive      We've visited the cliff face and the waterfall here before in the comic, particularly on page 657 in Act II of Sammy's section of "Solo Adventures."

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      Well, they certainly don't look monstrous to me , but then I might just be slightly biased.

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      Uncouth? Thy name is Howlett.

Crown Moldering, Pg 35

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      Again, if folks would like to read the more prosaic version of these events, Howlett and Jo tell each other their parts of it during the beginning and end of our 37th storyline, " Second Date ."

Crown Moldering, Pg 34

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      We've seen Howlett behave as if he's manfesting the occasional extra personality here and there, most plainly in our 126th storyline, " Slipskin ." Ah, the perils of a bifurcated intellect...

The Terebinth Story Archive      We established as far back as page 639 that camel spiders are endemic to the chaparral country around Terebinth. Looks like Lamont indeed found a dead one to suck on the way he was hoping...

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      In the interests of full disclosure, I'll admit that today's sonnet made me rewrite the first and eleventh installments. I mean, who would've thought that "mammalian" had four syllables instead of three?

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      Howlett Creager, snake of action!

The Terebinth Story Archive      I somehow think that the whole "supper" versus "dinner" thing might be too controversial a topic for us to get into around here. Let's just stick to the proper way to put a haiku together...

The Daily Grind Table of Contents      If anyone could pull off that whole "I'm sure you're wondering why I called you here today" thing, it would be Howlett.

A couple years ago:      I wrote a robot poem.      I don't usually write robot poems. I mean, yes, there's nothing wrong with robot poems, but I tend to stick pretty close to my genre: talking animals stories. And robots don't really qualify under that account.      Still, for whatever reason—I've pretty much stopped looking for reasons when it comes to the things I do; I assume they're there, sure, but I don't go looking for them—I wrote a robot poem. As befit the whole concept, I wrote it in "free verse" with no rhyme scheme, no meter, none of my usual sort of poetic stuff. It was a robot poem, after all. Modern! Clanking! Peculiar! The Terebinth Story Archive      Hearkening back here to the first page of the storyline . I can't help but think that that might be indicative of us moving from Act I into Act II.
